The Pay-to-Delete Account Plan is designed for clients who are ready to resolve outstanding accounts while working to improve their credit profile. This plan focuses on negotiating with creditors or collection agencies to request the removal (deletion) of negative accounts from your credit report after payment is made, when permitted.
Cupid’s Credit Service works on your behalf to communicate with creditors and collection agencies, draft pay-to-delete requests, and guide you through the payment and documentation process. While pay-to-delete agreements are not guaranteed, this strategy can be effective when creditors agree to remove accounts in exchange for payment.
This plan includes:
Identification of eligible pay-to-delete accounts
Professional pay-to-delete request letters
Creditor and collection agency communication
Guidance on settlement options (paid in full or negotiated amounts)
Documentation tracking and follow-up
Payments to creditors or collection agencies are separate from service fees and are the responsibility of the client. Cupid’s Credit Service does not guarantee deletions, but we work diligently to pursue the best possible outcome for each account.
